Leno Villas is a private estate of ten independent villas, set close to one another on the same hillside between Paraga and Platis Gialos. Each villa has its own living room, kitchen, bedrooms and terraces, so every family or circle of friends keeps a home of its own.
Mornings can be slow and private. Afternoons gather everyone by the pool, and evenings bring the whole group to one long table. With 61 bedrooms across the estate, Leno Villas welcomes up to 100 guests, not under one roof, but across several neighbouring villas within a single property.

At Leno Villas, our collection of ten neighbouring villas offers the flexibility to welcome additional guests as your plans evolve.
Start with a selection of villas suited to your group, with the possibility of adding neighbouring residences if more friends, family members or retreat participants decide to join.
All arrangements are subject to availability, allowing us to tailor each stay to the size and needs of your group.

Four villas each have a private pool, and three pairs of villas each share one pool between two residences. Larger groups enjoy several pools and terraces, so there is always a quiet corner as well as a place to meet.

When a collection includes only one villa of a pair, its pool is shared with the neighbouring villa, which may be occupied by other guests.

Above Paraga and Platis Gialos
The estate sits on the south coast of Mykonos, a few minutes from the beaches of Paraga and Platis Gialos, around ten minutes from Mykonos Town and close to the airport. Beach clubs, tavernas and quiet coves are all within a short drive, while the villas remain a calm place to return to.
