Large Group Villas in Mykonos with Private Pools
Some trips are planned around a single house. Others begin with a list of names that keeps growing: a birthday among friends, three generations of one family, a team offsite, a yoga retreat. In Mykonos, the question quickly becomes the same: how do you keep everyone together without asking twenty, forty or eighty people to share one roof?

Why Several Neighbouring Villas Work Better Than One Big House
Leno Villas is a private estate of ten independent villas, set close to one another on the same hillside above Paraga and Platis Gialos, in the south of the island. Each villa has its own bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen and terraces.
For a group, this changes everything. Families, couples or teams each keep a home of their own, with their own rhythm in the morning. The group then meets around a pool in the afternoon and at one long table in the evening. You stay together, without living on top of each other.
Privacy for everyone: each villa is a separate home, so children can nap, colleagues can work and friends can sleep in.
Shared moments, close by: the villas are a few steps apart, so meals, swims and evenings come together naturally.
Practical on arrival: each villa has its own parking for two to three cars, and a larger car park on site helps when many guests arrive at once.
Looked after every day: daily housekeeping is included in every villa, with linen and towels changed twice a week.
The Ten Villas and Their Capacities
Every combination starts from the same ten villas:
Villa Rea and Villa Ioli: 15 guests each, eight bedrooms, private pool.
Villa Nefeli: 12 guests, seven bedrooms, private pool and private garden.
Villa Afroditi: 11 guests, six bedrooms, private pool and private garden.
Villa Lito and Villa Artemis: 10 guests each, six bedrooms, one pool shared between the two villas.
Villa Clio and Villa Erato: 9 guests each, five bedrooms, one pool shared between the two villas.
Villa Danae and Villa Lydia: 9 guests each, five bedrooms, one pool shared between the two villas.
In total, the estate has 61 bedrooms and seven swimming pools: four private pools, and three pools each shared by a pair of villas. When a group books both villas of a pair, that pool is used by the group only.
Choosing the Right Combination for Your Group
To make planning easier, we have prepared reference collections for groups of 20 to 100 guests. A few examples:
Around 18 guests: Villa Clio and Villa Erato, side by side around one pool, which the group has to itself when both villas are booked.
Around 20 guests: Villa Lito and Villa Artemis, side by side around one pool, for up to 20 guests.
Around 30 guests: Lito and Artemis with Villa Nefeli, for up to 32 guests and two pools.
Around 50 guests: three pairs of villas, Clio and Erato, Danae and Lydia, Lito and Artemis, for up to 56 guests, with three pools used by the group only.
Up to 100 guests: the whole estate, ten villas and seven pools, with no other guests on the property.

When Your Group Size Changes
Group numbers rarely stay fixed. A few more friends confirm late, a second family decides to join, a retreat fills faster than expected. Because the villas are neighbours within the same estate, a stay can often grow with the group: you start with the villas you need, and nearby villas can be added later, subject to availability.
The collections are reference points rather than fixed packages. If your group counts 25, 35, 45 or 65 guests, simply tell us your number, and whether it might still change. We will suggest the most suitable villas from the start, so that adding guests later stays simple.

Daily housekeeping is included in every villa. Private transfers, a private chef, breakfast delivered to the villas and wellness sessions can be arranged on request, so each group can shape its own stay.
